2019 HXUT Student Commendation Conference

On the afternoon of December 19, HXUT held Student Commendation Conference in school auditorium for 2018-2019 academic year. Tianfeng Securities, Renfu Medicine and other 13 enterprises and institutions and individual representatives, all school leaders and heads of various units, as well as more than 700 representatives of teachers and students attended the conference. The conference was presided over by Du Hui, Executive Vice President.

The conference recognized 151 Advanced Individuals in Social Practice, 646 Scholarship Winners, 327 Social Grants Winners, 242 National LIzhi Scholarship Winners, 9 National Scholarship Winners, 79 Five-star Civilized Dormitory, and 26 Advanced Classes, 10 Excellent Student Tutor and 20 Excellent Tutors. Representatives from companies awarded enterprise grants to our students, and school leaders and relevant functional department heads issued awards for advanced collectives and individuals.

Executive President Guo Biao first extended warm congratulations to the advanced collectives and individuals, and paid high tribute to all the teachers, tutors, and class teachers who have worked hard in the education and teaching field. Guo Biao hopes that students can keep their mission in mind, use their youth to make true Chinese Dream, continue to study hard, improve their overall quality, confidence and self-improvement, and strive to create a colorful life. At the same time, he hopes that the majority of ideological and political cadres and teachers should persist in morality building, temper noble morality, and guide students to study diligently to be a solid person, and work hard to be a life-growing mentor and a close friend of students. In the end, he called on all teachers and students to work together to make HXUT a hundred-year, top-ranking international school.
